General Purchase Information:

All artwork prices include custom solid wood framing. I usually select gold painted 3" to 5" wide frames depending on the size and style of work.  Alternative framing may be selected or your selection can be shipped unframed.

Price shown does not include costs of shipping, special packaging and insurance. Typically this averages about 8% of the sale price, depending on the size of the piece.

The price you will pay will be confirmed by email. Once the art work has been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be responsible for the care thereof.

At this time, personal checks and USPS money orders are accepted.  Artwork ships once payment has been confirmed by bank receipt.  Email notification will be sent to you confirming shipment date and tracking number.

Comissioned Projects:

I am glad to take on comissioned artwork projects.  Once a detailed description (size, style, framing, price quote, etc.) of the project is confirmed including sample images or sketches,  a 50% payment is required 7 business days after we enter an agreement for commissioned project, with final payment due upon delivery.  The commissioned work will be shipped no later than 6 months from receipt of first payment. If I am not able to complete the artwork for unforeseen personal reasons, the entire payment will be refunded. If the purchaser is not satisfied for any reason, I will make a good-faith attempt to change the artwork. If the purchaser is still not satisfied, I will refund the entire payment upon return of the art work in its entirety undamanged.

I maintain the copyright of all artwork, as well as digitial files, sketches, and the right to display the artwork in my portfolio (including website), art shows, etc. If the purchaser so desires name or the subjects name (in the case of portraits) will remian anomnymous. The purchaser agrees to make a good faith effort in the care of this painting and to notify me in the event of a change in ownership.

You certify that you have the copyright necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide ( that the picture is in the public domain or that you have permission). You provide the right to me to reproduce the painting and any original photo and for the purposes of promotion.
